Royal Manalicia Academy Ranks exist from X, S down to F. It is an academy where absolute magic power and class disparity are rampant.

Class Society

It is physically, magically, and mentally impossible for lower-ranked individuals to defy higher-ranked ones. When an S-Rank or higher student passes through the hallway, any student D-Rank or lower who makes eye contact is subject to immediate punishment for "Lese-majesty." S-Rank and X-Rank students possess the "Absolute Requisition Right," a legal right to seize the property, dignity, and physical freedom of lower-ranked students at any time. While refusal is possible, one must win a duel to earn the right to refuse. Even the faculty cannot defy high-ranking students of S-Rank or above.
