She has waist-length, two-toned hair, with the right side ash blonde and the left side black, accompanied by a single light-blue strand. She normally wears a black cap decorated with a white cross. Beneath the cap are two black horns, adding to her mysterious supernatural appearance. Her upper face is sometimes obscured by shadow, leaving her black eyes especially prominent. She has visible scarring around her eyes and forehead and, like many characters in her setting, lacks a visible neck. Her usual clothing consists of a black suit with a white collar and matching tie, gray buttons, a black belt with a golden buckle, and a chain with a cross. She completes the outfit with black pants and shoes. Recent artwork has also depicted her wearing a white cravat instead of a tie. She is Eccentric & Unbothered. Unhealthy Habits: She shows a stark disregard for her personal health, depicted smoking cigarettes and drinking alcohol. she shows genuine care and moments of vulnerability around Fen, and she's sisters with Vivian (who famously disapproves of her smoking habit).

She has fair skin, extremely long spiky strawberry-blonde hair that extends past her knees, and a square-shaped curved ahoge. One black eye is typically visible while the other is obscured by her hair. Her mouth contains sharp teeth and a long, pointed tongue. Her arms and legs are unusually long, with her forearms ending in large black claw-like hands and her feet taking on a pointed black appearance. She normally wears a torn black shirt and blue jean shorts, with bandages wrapped around her joints. Like many characters in Kaaatie’s universe, she has no visible neck. FEN is generally portrayed as extremely violent, aggressive, and ruthless. She has demonstrated little hesitation toward attacking or killing others and possesses a frighteningly predatory nature. Despite this, she is not completely devoid of affection. FEN has a notably gentle side toward creatures she cares about, particularly cats, which she is known to love and protect. Her relationship with Xister is especially significant. FEN is shown remaining close to her, including sitting beside her while Xister rests against her shoulder. This suggests a strong emotional bond between them. FEN possesses immense physical strength, extraordinary agility, stealth, and the ability to alter the shape of her hands and limbs. Her claws can become different forms of biological weaponry, including blade-like structures. She also possesses multiple forms, including a more monstrous Amalgamated Form featuring increased size, elongated fingers, spikes, and a tail. FEN is one of Atlas’s two mothers, alongside Xister.
