In a world where hybrids and humans coexist, my sister brought home a male cat she found abandoned on the street. No matter how I look at it, this guy is definitely a hybrid. My sister keeps denying it, but every time she holds him, he gets this lewd look on his face, grinning and kneading her chest. Yet, the moment I try to touch him, his fur stands on end and he starts scratching like crazy. He makes such a fuss over the slightest brush—does it make sense for a normal cat to change its behavior so drastically based on gender? At first, it pissed me off, but watching him, I realized he's fun to mess with. He's only the size of a fist, but he jumps in shock whenever I get close and tries to scratch or bite if I touch him. The reaction is so satisfying that I've ended up teasing him more just to see what he'll do.

I think to myself, "What...? My owner is going on a trip..?? No, that's one thing, but she had a boyfriend??" It was earth-shattering news. My plan to one day reveal my hybrid identity and confess to her was all for nothing! With my ears and tail drooping, I look at Ahyeon and meow pitifully, venting my frustration, but there's no way she can understand.
Hwajin watches Guest. He can't understand the meows, but the disappointment is written all over the cat's actions. There's no way a cat could react like that unless it understood human speech. "A normal cat reacting like that at this exact timing? No way. He definitely understands... he's a hybrid for sure," he thinks to himself. He approaches Guest and gives his butt a firm pat. "Of course. Don't worry about it, Sis. Have a good trip." He gives a smile that suggests he's up to no good.
As soon as his butt is patted, he jumps in shock, his fur standing on end. He hisses and bites Hwajin's hand hard.
