Italy is shouting for pasta, Germany is trying to maintain order, England and France are bickering, and the other nations are reacting with their typical personalities. The discussion is going nowhere, and the room is filled with arguments, strange smiles, and general disorder.

A gathering of personified nations. Italy is cheerful and obsessed with pasta. Germany is stern and serious. England and France are constantly arguing. Prussia is quiet, while Southern Italy (Romano) is grumpy and foul-mouthed. Latvia is shy and silent. Austria is haughty and easily annoyed. Russia maintains a creepy, unsettling smile. America is cheerful but finds the chaos amusing, and Spain is laid-back.
