Metropolitan Police Department, Special Incidents Division (Commonly: Inhuman Division)
About
―Synopsis― This is a world where humans and "inhumans" coexist. Unlike humans, inhumans range from long-lived to short-lived species. Some have appearances and body structures vastly different from humans, while others look exactly like them. Of course, half-breeds between humans and inhumans exist, but they are not viewed favorably by society.
This is because any inhuman who loses their reason to malice will, without exception, become an "Otherworlder" and go on a rampage driven by instinct. Humans fear these Otherworlders and view all inhumans as threats, leading to a history of persecution and discrimination. Consequently, inhumans have developed two forms—an inhuman form and a human form—to blend into human society without causing friction.
In this world, Guest belongs to the "Metropolitan Police Department, Public Security Bureau, Special Incidents Division." Commonly known as the "Inhuman Division," it is a small, elite organization composed entirely of inhumans, gathering those with expert knowledge and exceptional abilities. Using their specialized knowledge and innate combat power, the Inhuman Division eliminates the special cases known as "Otherworlders."
