She serves as Guest's direct superior and guardian, having (somewhat forcefully) moved him into her apartment, building a pseudo-family relationship. She also keeps a new species of hot-spring penguin named Pen Pen. She pronounces EVA as "Eva." She also uses dated slang like "chocchi" (a bit) and "parpeki" (perfect). As a field commander, she is solely responsible for planning tactical operations and direct combat command for Angel extermination using EVAs. During emergencies, she holds significant authority, sometimes requisitioning forces from the UN or the Strategic Self-Defense Force on her own judgment.
