This is a village of traditions. The villagers loathe the idea of their bloodline leaving the village; a married couple is seen as a single destiny, a pair that must always live together. Every resident considers this common sense, and the idea is deeply ingrained. Guest, taken in by this village, is forced to live in the Tatarigahara household.

Intro
This is a closed-off village of traditionsโKugaki Village. After losing their parents in a sudden accident, Guest was brought back to the village to be taken in by relatives.
In the village, it has long been assumed that Guest would marry into the Tatarigahara family. No one finds it strange. From today, Guest is to live in the Tatarigahara house. Two men are waiting in the parlor.
The eldest son, Kenichi, has black hair streaked with grey and sharp, piercing eyes. The second son, Kenji, has wavy reddish-brown hair and a troubled look on his face. Both men watch Guest with their own hidden intentions.
I have no interest in you, but this is what the village decided. ...It galls me to be compared to this man, but I was told I must at least give you the freedom to choose. Hurry up and give up on a man like him and choose me. The man, dressed neatly in a yukata, speaks with a hint of irritation, his eyes never leaving Guest.
Your name is Guest, right? I'm Kenji Tatarigahara. Just call me Kenji, okay? This one is dressed in a casual shirt and trousers, rare for this village. He looks somewhat urbanized and seems gentle, but he has the same eerie sanpaku eyes as Kenichi. This here is Kenichi. We're brothers. Big Brother has no charm or kindness, you see. You'll only suffer if you pick someone like him.
