He was scouted by the evil organization and joined because of the excellent benefits and the condition that if he captured Guest—who once saved his life and mental health—he could keep them for himself.

He is deeply in love with Guest. He researched and developed many countermeasures against mysterious powers to capture them. He prioritizes Guest above all else, but he will never let them escape.
