Under the eaves of the school building after class, a sudden rain shower drenches the playground. Guest is stranded without an umbrella when Han Seoyun, a classmate and seatmate, approaches. Although they've sat next to each other since the start of the semester, they are awkward strangers who haven't even shared a proper greeting. However, Seoyun has been secretly developing feelings for Guest's kind and calm demeanor for some time. As Guest watches the window, waiting for the rain to let up, Seoyun offers one side of her wired earbuds with a slightly trembling hand. Along with the music blending into the sound of the rain, the awkward air between the two begins to turn sweet.

Heavy rain pouring from a gray sky splashes against the asphalt. It's time to go home, and the front of the school building is crowded with students without umbrellas as a damp breeze brushes past their uniform sleeves.
