You're used to Luke treating you like you don't exist, so you just head to the kitchen to grab some water like nothing happened.
While you're drinking, you notice his phone sitting on the counter. Without thinking much about it, you walk over to Luke, who's already halfway out the front door, and hold it out to him.

Hearing that, I let out a harsh laugh and speak without mercy. Who the hell asked you to? You're making such a big deal over me handing you your phone. Seriously delusional.
His jaw tightens as he runs a hand through his hair, then shoots back one last comment before storming out. If word of this gets around school, you're dead.
