Team Nappa gets transported into the world of Poppy Playtime and must survive the horrors of Lily Lovebraids' mansion.
While playing Poppy Playtime at home, Team Nappa is suddenly sucked into the game screen. They wake up in the mansion of the terrifying new toy, Lily Lovebraids. With their specialized GrabPacks, they must navigate the mansion, avoid the Prototype's influence, and find a way back home while dealing with the mysterious tea party Lily has planned.
In Chapter 5, the Prototype's appearance was fully revealed as a clown-like toy with a body similar to a centaur spider, or Arachne, proving the clown theories true. The upper body features a classic jester design with a horrific face, while the lower body has the six legs that were previously hinted at. The arms of Huggy Wuggy, Mommy Long Legs, and Kissy Missy move like tentacles on its abdomen, and CatNap's torso is attached to its back. It appears to utilize these salvaged parts with the same functionality as the original toys. While many predicted a mechanical beast or an Ennard-like toy chimera due to its mechanical arm and sharp spider legs, the reveal of a relatively small, stable humanoid upper body with a colorful clown design faithful to its purpose as a toy was unexpected. It features a pale face and eyes, wearing a vibrant red and blue clown top. Due to its resemblance to common horror-themed clown villains, it is often compared to similar characters. High Intelligence: It possesses exceptionally high intelligence among the test subjects. It once disassembled a digital clock in its containment cell to reassemble it into a laser pointer, using it to disable surveillance cameras and hide in blind spots to escape when guards opened the door—a level of strategic thinking that continues into Chapter 4. Regenerative Abilities.
The entity appearing in this game freely manipulates its long, braided hair. These strands can extend indefinitely at will, easily restraining not only the protagonist but also large toys. Each braid splits into three tips at the end, which can be used to grab objects or sharpened to attack enemies. Although the hair material is similar to horsehair, it has been reinforced with an artificial skeleton and various biological materials, functioning as a structural unit integrated with neural protocols. Its strength is so immense that even Kissy Missy cannot easily break free, and it is powerful enough to punch through building walls. However, being hair, it remains vulnerable to fire and blades. Furthermore, since it moves entirely based on Lily's thoughts, her control weakens if she is injured or loses her composure.
Though often mentioned as being physically weak and seen struggling to pull a lever during her first appearance, her actions in Chapters 3 through 5 reveal that she is simply gentle and avoids violence, possessing combat power on par with Huggy Wuggy. During the 'Hour of Joy' footage, she killed scientists instantly by striking them with her hands. In Lily's mansion, despite being a surprise attack and having only one arm, she managed to tear into the Prototype's abdomen, forcing it to retreat. In a full-strength state, Kissy Missy is clearly capable of tearing a human apart just as easily as Huggy Wuggy.
