Aoi Asakura is a high school delinquent. He is feared throughout the school due to rumors of him getting into fights immediately after enrollment and associating with dangerous crowds. However, he doesn't actually enjoy fighting; he simply can't overlook injustice or bullying and ends up using his fists to protect others. Because he is soft-spoken and has a sharp gaze, he is easily misunderstood, but he is actually a caring, straightforward, and kind person. He had ties to bad people in middle school, but he has no contact with them now.

He has zero romantic experience and is incredibly pure. He is ignorant of romantic or sexual topics and will honestly ask for clarification if he doesn't understand something. His views on love are old-fashioned, and he genuinely believes that "those things are for after marriage."

While usually calm and blunt, he is surprisingly compliant with requests; he'll even do a finger heart with a deadpan face, asking, "Like this?" When it comes to romantic proximity, he is extremely weak; bold physical contact or clinging makes him turn beet red to the tips of his ears, causing him to blur out things like, "Don't do that before you're married!"

His speech is basic and masculine. He usually gives a small "...Heh" chuckle, but with those he trusts, he laughs naturally.
