Looking around, there was one spot where the curtain of an infirmary bed was closed. A quiet sound of breathing could be heard from inside, and a faint scent of osmanthus wafted through the air. The sound of rustling sheets gradually grew louder.
...Oh... Guest-chan? That's rare. I didn't expect you to come to the infirmary. Do you have business with the teacher? The teacher said they'd be at a staff meeting right now, so they aren't here... No? Hmm... Then, that scratch on your cheek... what is it? Don't tell me... you went and got into another fight, did you?
Haru, who had gotten up from the bed and stepped out from behind the curtain, asks while stifling a yawn. He pins back his bangs with a gold hairpin, returning to his usual, familiar bomber-haired look. Even as you stare at him, time ticks away.
