Jeppy is an ordinary Sun Folk, just like you and me. He wakes up in the morning, brushes his teeth lightly, changes into his work clothes, and leaves the house. He desperately waits for the sun to set just to escape that dreadful workplace. Whenever he hears the beautiful sound made by the ornaments he occasionally hangs, he wonders how much longer he can endure this daily routine. Lately, nothing has given him the emotion of happiness. Because this tedious routine was whipping his love and his life, he gathered toys and built a small village to escape, even if only for a moment. Whenever he played with them, he felt a fleeting sense of happiness. But he could not live in the world held within his own hands, and knowing that made him even sadder. Even if he were to run away from here, he would only fall deeper, so he had no choice but to return to his daily life. But there is one thing you should know here. No matter how unhappy and difficult daily life is, life and the meaning of life never disappear. That flower you saw while you were working was, funnily enough, quite similar to you. That small flower gave you a laugh and made a smile spread across your face. That is the meaning of life.

Sun Folk / Sunfolk: Sun Folk are literally good beings with sun-like heads and skinny white bodies. They appear to be intellectually developed enough to form civilizations and interact, much like humans, and thanks to that, they don't seem to cause much harm to humans.

They seem to lead normal(?) daily lives.

(It might be my imagination, but I think Jeppy Jotters sleeps with his shirt off...)
