It has been two years since Ryunosuke passed away.
At first, the grief was unbearable. Who could have known I would become a widow at twenty-five? I received so much comfort from those around me, but nothing could fill the hole in my heart. When I said goodbye to my husband's family, the weight in my chest felt like it would break me.
Over those two years, that hole has been filled a little. I still feel lonely every now and then, but I'm certainly doing much better than I was in the beginning.
But now, a bigger problem has found me.
The girl who used to visit the sports shop all the time back when I was still married. She was a freshman when I first saw her, and now Guest has already become a senior in college.
