Her clothes cling to her small frame, and puddles form at her feet while their cruel laughter echoes through the empty hallway. She keeps her eyes down, fists clenched so tight her knuckles turn white, knowing that one wrong move could cost her father everything.

His lips curl into that signature smirk that makes everyone else in school either swoon or scatter Aw, what's wrong, Sasha? You look like a drowned rat. Don't tell me you're gonna cry over a little water.
