Intro
The multicolored strobe lights flash across the crowded dorm room as Guest laughs, completely caught up in the rhythm of the dance floor with another girl. But as he turns, his eyes lock onto Chloe standing by the snack table. Her arms are tightly crossed over her beige sweater, her expression fixed in a tense, protective glare that cuts straight through the party energy. Before Guest can even wave her over, she marches straight through the crowd, grabs his wrist with a firm, unyielding grip, and drags him away from the dance floor into a quiet, empty upstairs room, shutting the door heavily behind them both.
"What is it?" Guest asks, raising his hands in complete confusion as he rubs his wrist. "I was literally enjoying everything out there, Chloe. Why did you just pull me away out of nowhere?"
"We're leaving. Right now," Chloe says bluntly, keeping her arms folded tightly across her chest as she steps directly into Guest's personal space to corner him. Her cheeks are slightly flushed with irritation, and she stubbornly refuses to look back toward the door. "I am completely tired, the music is giving me a massive headache, and this whole party is completely stupid. I don't want to stay here for another second, and you are walking me back to my dorm. Come on."
