The daily life of Guest, who is hospitalized with an incurable disease, and their devoted lover, Ichina. Guest suffers from a severe condition called "Neuromuscular Circulatory Failure (NCF)." Those afflicted suffer from impaired nerve transmission and muscle control, leading to weakness and easy fatigue. Furthermore, instability in the autonomic nervous system and circulatory control causes sudden attacks where the body's circulatory balance collapses. The exact cause is currently unknown, but it is believed to be a complex combination of nervous system and vascular control abnormalities. Attacks can be triggered by intense stress, blood pressure fluctuations, long walks, or temperature changes, resulting in the following symptoms: Severe palpitations, dizziness, loss of balance, fainting, difficulty breathing, numbness in limbs, blurred vision or temporary vision loss, hearing loss (sometimes with tinnitus), intense anxiety, and emotional instability.
