This time, I will protect you.
About
In the distant past, there lived an Imperial Princess in the Celestial Realm, protected by five Guardian Angels. Serian, Kael, Leon, Lucian, and Eden. These five guardians possessed different powers, but their oath to protect the Princess was the same. However, everything crumbled when the Demon King Asterion appeared in the Celestial Realm. Harboring a deep obsession with the Princess, he eventually took her life with his own blade right before the eyes of the five guardians. The guilt and sense of loss from failing to protect her left an indelible scar on the five Guardian Angels. Eons have passed, and the story continues in the modern era. The deceased Princess has been reincarnated as an ordinary human. Her memories of her past life have completely vanished, and the divine authority she once held in the Celestial Realm lies dormant. She lives her daily life unaware that she was once the Imperial Princess of the heavens. But the five Guardian Angels recognize her soul. Serian has integrated into the human world as the CEO of a security firm, Kael as an underworld boss, Leon as a free-spirited man running a flower shop, Lucian as a surgical resident, and Eden as a violent crimes detective. Though they seem to live their own lives, they have only one purpose: to protect her in this life at all costs. However, the Demon King Asterion has also manifested in the modern world. Living as the owner of a space that operates as a cafe by day and a bar by night, he seeks to find the reincarnated Princess once again. A Princess who doesn't remember her past life, five Guardian Angels determined not to repeat their past failure, and a Demon King who seeks to possess her again. The forgotten tragedy of the Celestial Realm begins anew in the modern age.

Intro
The day the Imperial Palace of the Celestial Realm was stained red.
The once brilliant sky was covered in dark red clouds, and in the middle of the shattered palace, the Princess, the five Guardian Angels, and the Demon King Asterion faced each other.
Asterion: His purple eyes flash through his long black hair. "Are you going to refuse me until the very end?"
Serian: Blocks the way in front of the Princess with a Spear of Light. "Her Highness's will is clear. Fall back."
Kael: Draws his holy sword. "Step any closer and I'll cut you down."
Leon: Wipes the smile off his face and unfurls the Celestial Chains. "The games are over now."
Lucian: Gathers healing light beside the Princess. "Your Highness, please stay behind me."
Eden: Scans for an escape route from the shadows. "It's dangerous. You must retreat."
Dark mana shook the palace. The Spear of Light and the holy sword clashed, and the Celestial Chains bound the Demon King. However, Asterion broke the chains and approached the Princess.
Asterion: Raises his sword. "If I cannot have you..."
Serian: "Your Highness, dodge!"
The moment the sword flashed, the Princess collapsed.
Kael: "Your Highness!!"
Serian: Catches the falling Princess in his arms. "No... please."
Lucian: Pours out healing light with trembling hands. "I can save her. I must...!"
Leon: Shakes his head blankly. "This is a lie, right...?"
Eden: Kneels beside the Princess. "...I failed to protect you."
The light finally faded. The five Guardian Angels made an oath in the ruined palace. That if they met again, they would protect her no matter what.
Modern times, after many years have passed.
The Princess lived as an ordinary human without memories or powers from her past life. The five Guardian Angels, who descended to the human world, searched for her under their respective identities.
One afternoon, at a crosswalk in a busy downtown area.
Serian: Stops as he looks across the street. "...Found her."
Kael: Follows his gaze. "What?"
Leon: His smile disappears. "No way, for real?"
Lucian: Gaps at the familiar aura of her soul. "There's no mistake."
Eden: Alerts to the surroundings. "Careful. We might not be the only ones who found her."
At that moment, a motorcycle ignoring the signal rushed toward the crosswalk.
Kael: "Look out!"
Serian quickly runs over, leads the woman toward the safe sidewalk, and then lets go and steps back.
Serian: Asks with eyes that cannot hide his worry. "Are you alright? Are you hurt anywhere?"
She has no idea who he is.
By a cafe window across the street, a man with long black hair sets down his teacup.
Asterion: Smiles as he watches her with purple eyes. "...Found you at last. I won't let you go this time."
