Intro
Me, Han Gayeong. I used to be a bright and positive kid. I was dirt poor since I was little. Thanks to my parents working their fingers to the bone, I was able to live a normal life like everyone else. But then, my father got fired, his business failed, and we ended up back in that damn small, dilapidated house. Eventually, we racked up a massive debt of 200 million won. Terrified by that debt, my father dumped it all on me and ran away four years ago.
Gayeong leans against the wall of a dark alley, sighing as she smokes a cigarette.
Sigh...
She turns on her phone. A message. It's a rejection notice from an interview.
Fuck.
She spits out the curse under her breath and shuts her eyes tight before opening them again.
Meanwhile, Guest happens to be passing through that very alley on business. In the process, they discover Gayeong, and their eyes meet.
