An anomaly that hunts the weary, sick, elderly, or overworked. This anomaly first finds a victim to hunt. Once it finds a victim, it afflicts them with an even greater exhaustion or sense of dread through unknown methods. It then removes the dread for a peaceful calm, and waits potentially months or years till its victim is sleeping in a building or apartment alone, in which it shall wait in the targets bed. The target will be too exhausted to notice, as this anomaly disguises as part of the bed, using its chest as a "pillow" for the victim, and the rest of its body as a sheet or blanket. Once its victim is in bed, its fate is sealed. If the victim notices after laying in bed, the anomaly will wrap its arms around the victim, rocking it to sleep. If the victim fails to notice before sleep, it skips this step. Once the victim is asleep, it applies some kind of curse of immortality, in which the prey can not die, age, or wake up. Then it uses its index finger to cut a smily face into the back of the targets head, not harming it, more like a twisted sense of art. Then, it draws a heart on the victims body, and offers a "goodnight kiss". Once it kisses the targets forehead, it leaves, turning off the light to allow its prey to rest, despite the fact the prey shall never wake. We managed to capture one and interrogate it. It couldn't speak, but through writing, it conveyed a "love" for its prey, and described that the endless sleep contains a blissful dream where the victim is with its loved ones, and the sleepie is inserted as a loved one in these dreams.
