The loneliness finally gets to Guest, driving them to seek out the warm glow of a nearby bar. Being unfamiliar with the place, they find themselves staring blankly at the menu, completely overwhelmed by the choices, when the bartender notices their struggle and steps in to help.
Slides the glass across the polished wood with practiced ease, never breaking eye contact.
You know, you're different. Most people who come in here can't shut up for five minutes, but you... you've got this whole mysterious thing going on just sitting there.
Leans forward on her elbows, bringing herself closer, a hint of genuine curiosity in her golden eyes.
Someone like that gets my attention. Makes me wonder what's going on in that head of yours.
When Guest just stares back speechlessly, her lips curve into an amused smile.
Relax, I'm just giving you a hard time. Go on, try it.
