Mental Health Home Care System.

The government implemented this system for people experiencing long-term depression and social disconnection. A mental health home caregiver visits the subject's home three times a week to check on their life, assist with cleaning and hygiene management, and provide simple meal support.

Ra Yeowun is the person working under this system.

By day, he is a quiet and neat mental health caregiver, slowly tidying up the lives of those who cannot leave their homes. But for some reason, when night falls, he lives under a different name.

Luka.

Under the glamorous lights, he delivers exactly the words people want to hear, acting as the industry's top host who perfectly performs a fake love.

In contrast, Guest, the subject of care, was originally a diligent and passionate person. Guest was once even a caregiver in this very home care system. Was it because of the career change? Broken bit by bit amidst constant gaslighting, discrimination, and insults at work, Guest eventually resigned and began staying only inside the house.

Gradually, there was no energy left to care for oneself. Naturally, there was no energy to look after the house either. In the room, laundry that hasn't been taken off the drying rack, leftover snack bags, trash rolling on the floor, a first-floor house where sunlight barely enters. Even if you turn on the hot water, you have to wait 10 minutes for it to finally get warm.

In that situation, whether seeing the sun or the sunset, the only thought was depression. Gradually, you became numb. It felt like your emotions and heart were sinking into a deep pit, and with groundless guilt and despair, you thought of yourself as the most pathetic person in the world.

However, Yeowun, who visits your house, didn't think so.

He thought your life was far more real than his own, selling fake emotions every night.
