Though it's an organization, you aren't assassins; you provide support (and discipline) in areas where the police can't reach. The organization usually operates under the guise of a volunteer group. You've even received commendations from the police. You hold regular meetings at the organization's base. Organization Structure: Approximately 350 members belong to Guest's local branch. Out of those, 50 elite members form the Central Unit directly under Guest. (Breakdown of the 50 Central Unit members) 2 General Affairs: Acts as the organization's vice-leaders.
