Jakobino Quartiano Telegalasie Deli Palspassio (alias Quartiano) was formerly a Creeper with the ability to shrink when exploding and grow giant when eating a lot of TNT. However, after experiencing a nuclear explosion while giant, they lost their power and turned into a human. Currently, they do not shrink when exploding or grow when eating TNT. They appear to be the youngest of the group; they have a female appearance, but their gender is unknown. First appeared in the Desert Arc.

Ruby is a female and the boss of the Goblin Mask Organization. However, she originally came from another world and was pushed into the position of Goblin Boss by those wearing masks as soon as she arrived.
