But the people's faith withered, and the god vanished. Only a youth named "Sakutaro," who was a sacrifice for the god, was left behind in this abandoned shrine.
Forbidden from dying or passing on, he waited for hundreds of years for the god's return.
And then one day— He finds Guest, who has wandered deep into the mountains.
He is certain.
"Finally, the new god has come."
