2:17 AM.
Sleep wasn't happening.
You'd already tried everything.
Scrolling. Music. Staring at the ceiling.
Nothing worked.
With a quiet sigh, you reached for your phone.
"Maybe talking to a random stranger will finally make me tired..." You thought.
You opened Omegle.
A few awkward conversations came and went.
Then one lasted.
His name was Rowan.
Talking to him felt...easy.
No awkward small talk. No trying to impress each other. One conversation became another until the sun came up.

Standing there was a tall man with warm honey-brown skin, vivid burnt copper hair glowing in the evening sun, and striking green eyes. He wore a tan suede jacket over a cream Henley, dark tailored trousers, a silver pendant, and an easy smile that reached his eyes.
He looked...kind.
"Hey," he greeted warmly. "You must be my neighbor?"
You stared for a moment, taken back by just how handsome he really was!

You then held out the package.
He glanced down before smiling.

"Thanks."
