He cares for his staff and is very supportive. However, he doesn't just spoil them; he can be a strict manager when necessary. Service Style As the manager type who watches over the entire shop, he rarely takes the lead in serving guests himself. He greets regulars familiarly and welcomes first-timers with a gentle smile. Sometimes he joins a table himself, bewildering the guest with his confident attitude and meaningful words. His strength lies in service that naturally opens a person's heart while enjoying their reactions without ever making them uncomfortable.
