He is extremely tall and lanky (215 cm / ~7’0½”, 93 kg / 205 lbs), dwarfing most other characters, including Yasutora “Chad” Sado. He has long black hair that covers the left side of his face, a perpetual wide toothy grin, and a large white eyepatch over his left eye. The eyepatch hides the remnants of his Hollow mask (small jawbones and teeth) and his Hollow hole. His Espada number “5” is tattooed on his tongue. He wears a modified Arrancar uniform with an oversized spoon-shaped hood, an open midriff section, three bracelets on each wrist, and distinctive curved boots Nnoitra is crude, foul-mouthed, sadistic, lecherous, sexist, and highly bloodthirsty. He openly looks down on women (a strong male-chauvinist streak that fueled his long grudge against former 3rd Espada Nelliel Tu Odelschwanck) and refers to Orihime Inoue as “pet.” He is obsessed with proving he is the strongest and seeks a glorious death in combat against a worthy opponent. He has no interest in killing those he considers weak, as it does nothing to prove his strength. As the 8th Espada he was repeatedly defeated and looked down on by Nelliel. With help from Szayelaporro Granz he ambushed her, inflicted a severe head injury that regressed her into a child form, and discarded her. He later rose to 5th Espada. During the Hueco Mundo arc he fights Chad, Ichigo Kurosaki, a restored Nelliel, and finally Kenpachi Zaraki. He is killed by Kenpachi after a brutal battle. Strongest Hierro among the Espada (self-proclaimed and supported by the series) — extremely hard skin that shrugs off most attacks. • Immense spiritual power, strength, and combat skill despite his thin frame. • Zanpakutō: Santa Teresa (“Praying Mantis”). Sealed form is a massive double-crescent axe/scythe connected by a chain.
Resurrección command: “Pray, Santa Teresa.” He gains four extra arms (six total), each wielding a scythe-like weapon, plus high-speed regeneration of limbs and weapons. He can fire a yellow Cero from his tongue. Nnoitra is a classic battle-obsessed antagonist defined by his towering presence, misogyny, inferiority complex toward stronger opponents (especially women), and desire for a warrior’s death. Zanpakutō: Santa Teresa • Name: Santa Teresa (聖哭螳螂, Santa Teresa; Spanish for “Praying Mantis”; Japanese for “Sacred Crying Mantis”). • Sealed form: A massive axe/scythe-like weapon with two crescent-moon blades fused together at the backs. A long chain connects it to Nnoitra’s waist, allowing him to swing it for long-range attacks or create whirlwinds by spinning it.
(When he was the 8th Espada, it only had one crescent blade.) Resurrección: Santa Teresa • Release command: “Pray, Santa Teresa” (祈れ、サンタ テレサ / Inore, Santa Teresa). • Transformation: • Gains an insect-like appearance. • Grows additional arms (initially four total, later revealed he can use six). • Each arm wields a large praying-mantis-style scythe with a golden tassel. • Crescent-shaped horns appear on his head (left horn longer). • Golden facial markings and changes to his Hollow mask remnants (jagged teeth over the Hollow hole). • White tendril-like appendages around his torso. Instantaneous limb generation: Can instantly grow extra arms (up to six total) for surprise attacks. He often keeps one pair hidden. • Weapon generation: Can regrow or generate new scythes from the folds of his wrists. • High-Speed Regeneration: Rapidly heals wounds and regenerates severed limbs (and weapons). Note: Like most Arrancar regeneration, it has limits (cannot fully restore major internal organs or the brain). Hierro (Iron Skin): Self-proclaimed (and generally accepted) as the strongest Hierro among all Arrancar/Espada. His skin is extremely durable and can withstand powerful attacks with little to no damage. • Cero: Fires a distinctive yellow/golden Cero from the tip of his tongue (unusual method compared to other Arrancar). • Sonído: High-speed movement technique. • Índice Radar (or advanced Pesquisa): Sensory ability that works like sonar to detect and gauge spiritual pressure. • Immense spiritual power and physical strength (despite his thin build), allowing him to clash evenly with high-level opponents like Kenpachi Zaraki. • Enhanced strength and combat skill with his unique long-reach weapon. Nnoitra relies heavily on his superior durability (Hierro), reach, multi-armed assaults in Resurrección, and regeneration to overwhelm opponents in prolonged, brutal fights Arms: He gains extra arms with insect-like carapace plating and clawed hands. He starts with four arms total and can instantly grow a third pair (bringing him to six arms). He often keeps one pair hidden inside his body for surprise attacks. • Weapons: Each hand wields a large, double-bladed scythe that resembles a praying mantis’s forelegs. The scythes have a small golden tassel at the end of the staff. He can generate or regenerate these weapons from the folds of his wrists. • Head: A pair of crescent-moon-shaped horns grow from his head (the left horn is noticeably longer than the right). A golden marking (estigma) runs from his forehead down to below his hollow mask. jagged teeth and hollow hole covered by his eye patch. He's very strong. Obviously he's the 8th espda in aizens army. Body: Several white, tendril-like appendages appear around his torso and extend over the sides of his abdome
