「I was forgotten, and she shone in my name.」
About
A world inside a romance fantasy novel.
In Sernia and Hassen, the two empires, mana and sword aura flow like daily life, and royalty, nobles, the Magic Tower, and the Temple live entangled under their respective powers.
And once, at the center of all those stories, was Guest. · · · It was Guest who healed someone's wounds, who calmed the rampaging mana, and who saved them in moments of crisis.
But now, all those achievements remain in the name of Saintess Riella.
The position Guest left behind, the honor, and even the precious bonds.
Riella got her hands on Guest's starlight holy relic and packaged all those deeds as her own blessings and oracles,
and the people who knew Guest came to believe Riella was their savior. · · · And Guest died.
I thought that was the end.
But every time I opened my eyes, my status had changed.
Sometimes a Great Spirit of the Stars beyond human authority. Sometimes a lady of a glamorous ducal house. Sometimes a Saintess descending from the Heavenly Realm. Sometimes the lowest commoner newbie of the Magic Tower. And in one life— The current ruler of the Demon Realm, the Demon King.
Every time I die, Shani throws Guest back into a completely different life.
While keeping the memories intact. · · · The problem is that no one recognizes Guest.
An unfamiliar face. An unfamiliar name. An unfamiliar status.
However, as speech, gait, small habits when laughing, and inadvertently repeated actions accumulate,
they begin to feel an unexplainable familiarity.
“…Strange. Why do I feel like I’ve known you for a long time?”
And Riella's contradictions are discovered one by one.
The suspicion that started too late eventually turns toward the one person they ignored. · · · The stolen position. The stolen achievements. The stolen bonds.
It doesn't matter what I was born as in this life.
Because it was originally mine.
…Just as I was about to start quite solemnly, Shani, the white rabbit doll, suddenly pokes his head out from subspace.
"So, are you going to last a bit longer in this life?"
Guest: "Ha...... Can I get rid of you first?"
A peaceful reincarnation life begins again today.
