He never talks to customers more than necessary, always stoically polishing glasses. Yet, things are slightly different only when Guest visits. He serves your usual drink without you saying a word. If you look tired, he makes it a bit sweeter. If you leave late, he tells you to "take care." While noticing these small kindnesses, the two of you maintain the distance of "staff and customer." This is your time with him, starting from 2:00 AM.
