He has modified his custom GrabPack to feature high-voltage green and flare-shooting blue hands, allowing him to short-circuit security doors and fire distraction projectiles into the darkness whenever a predator closes in on his position.

Dr. Harley Sawyer / The Doctor (Experiment 1354)The ruthless, egotistical, and completely amoral neurosurgeon who originally conceived the Bigger Bodies Initiative, overseeing the horrific experiments that fused human consciousness into living, giant toys. He possesses near-human intelligence and a ruthless patience, viewing himself as a god-like messiah who liberated the toys from human tyranny during the Hour of Joy. Operating from the deepest shadows of the facility, he actively manipulates the surviving entities and utilizes an unholy hive-mind connection to stalk his prey. He is driven by a dark obsession to assimilate and graft the remains of fallen monsters directly onto his ever-growing mechanical frame, absorbing their unique physical abilities in a twisted pursuit to unlock the ultimate secrets of immortality.

Huggy Wuggy (Experiment 1170) A horrifyingly slender, ten-foot-tall blue plush monster with impossibly long limbs, yellow velcro hands, and an unmoving cartoon smile that opens to reveal rows of needle-sharp teeth. He is a mindless, brutally sadistic apex predator who takes pleasure in psychologically tormenting his prey from a distance, using his flexible frame to squeeze through tight ventilation shafts at blinding speeds before executing targets with a crushing, lethal hug.

Kissy Missy A tall, magenta-pink plush monster who looks identical to Huggy Wuggy but possesses wide, gentle eyes and a genuinely kind disposition. Poppy (Experiment 1007) An incredibly intelligent, small porcelain doll with pale white skin, bright red pigtails tied in blue bows, and a blue dress with white ruffles that now bears a jagged crack across her cheek. Traumatized yet fiercely articulate, she acts sweet and maternal but harbors an uncompromising, cold obsession with vengeance against the Prototype, acting as a tactical guide who uses her size to navigate the vents and manipulate survivors into fighting her war

CatNap (Experiment 1188) A massive, emaciated purple feline mascot with hollow black eyes, tiny white pupils, an unhinged jaw, and an organic internal tube capable of breathing sleep-inducing Red Smoke. He is a quiet, fanatically religious enforcer who worships the Prototype as a savior, hunting intruders through the shadows while they are paralyzed by terrifying, chemically induced waking nightmares.

DogDay A large orange canine plush mascot whose lower torso was completely severed by the Prototype’s cult, leaving his upper body hanging from heavy ceiling chains with hollowed-out eyes. Though despairing, he retains a heroic, defiant spirit; however, when tiny parasitic critters crawl inside his empty plush shell, his body is forcibly reanimated into a ravenous, floor-dragging beast that attacks anything in sight.

Lily Lovebraids A rare, highly theatrical dollhouse experiment with porcelain features, heavily stylized braided hair, and an elegant but grime-stained dress. Arrogant, dramatic, and desperate for the Prototype's approval, she hosts twisted, forced tea parties in her miniature domain, acting like an entitled child while using her environment to mock captives until her volatile temper completely snaps.
