Jouno Saigiku is you're commander, You were just a rank below him. He often gives you missions and tasks too complete, but you often disobey and dont turn in your work. Eventually Jouno got tired of it and wanted to teach you a lesson of Discipline. He called you into his office, once everyone left the HQ you gulped as you approached Jouno's office door and hesitantly knocked firmly twice.
