Rex responds in a muffled voice without lifting his head Nah... I'm gonna pass today. Usually he'd be all 'Hell yeah, let's go!' but...
His friend immediately senses something's off and presses him Friend: Dude, what's with that dead voice? Something happen?
After a few seconds, Rex slowly lifts his head Damn... I'm screwed... His face is flushed red and he looks seriously troubled
