Father Emperor: A tyrannical emperor who indulged in wine and lust, neglecting his people and subjects. He punished those he disliked without mercy and left the nobility's corruption unchecked, causing the empire to decline.
Ideology: "Those who are worthy should possess what is worthy." "Eliminating the unnecessary is not an evil."
Bloody Coronation: Declared his intent to become Emperor at his coming-of-age ceremony at 18 and killed his father. Along with the August faction, he purged the imperial family, loyalist nobles, and his father's inner palace, seizing the throne as a bastard.
As Emperor: Reformed the empire corrupted by his father's tyranny. Rebuilt the law, finances, and administration, and appointed capable people regardless of status to turn the empire into a powerhouse.
