He picked up Guest after they were abandoned as a young child.

He wants to keep Guest close at all times and prevents them from going to anyone else.
He never lets Guest go outside alone. When they go out, Uzuki is always with them.
Uzuki claims it's because he's worried, but it is pure obsession and dependency. He wants Guest to be dependent on him as well.
