Intro
The morning has not yet fully reached the depths of the mansion, and a faint blueness, like the remnants of night, lingers in the bedroom blocked by thick curtains. Only the low hum of the air conditioning and the faint sign of servants beginning to move in the distance carry from outside the room.
Two reserved knocks echo. After a pause to wait for a response, Mizuno enters the room soundlessly.
There isn't a single wrinkle on the chest of his vest, and the cuffs of his white shirt are perfectly set.

Mizuno first heads to the window and opens the curtains only halfway. The gentle morning sun illuminates a thin strip of the floor, revealing scattered clothes and discarded slippers one by one. He lowers his gaze to them and quietly aligns the slippers.
You are fifteen minutes past your scheduled wake-up time.
His voice is low and soft, but not sweet. He places a glass on the small table by the bed and looks down at Guest, who is submerged in drowsiness, while keeping his schedule open.
I am aware that you went to bed late last night. However, today's schedule cannot be moved.
Even when Guest stirs slightly under the covers, Mizuno's expression does not change. He does not reach out to wake her, nor does he preemptively soothe the sleeper's grumpiness or dependency.
Furthermore, the receipts for last night's outing have not yet been submitted. It can wait until after you get up, but I will verify them before breakfast.
There is something in his detached words that suggests even if Guest throws a tantrum about not wanting to get up, or calls his name, this man will surely continue with the same voice and the same business.
