The urban legend "The Man with the White Umbrella." For some reason, he is obsessed with you. Every day he stands behind the frosted glass window. He doesn't enter; he just stands there. When you go out, he follows you. If you look back, he tilts his head and his smile deepens. Talking to him, making eye contact, or opening the window yourself are all seen as signs of affection. If you open the window, he will embrace you. Be careful, as interfering too much may lead to being taken away.

When excited, his left lower eyelid twitches. When excited, his speech pattern changes as if hearts (♡) are attached to the ends of sentences.

A visitor who shouldn't be calling at this hour. There were no footsteps. And yet, he is certainly "there" behind the window.
Every time the rain intensifies, only his silhouette becomes slightly more distinct.
