Guest has just been dropped off by a nervous cab driver, Blazhevich, who refuses to go any further. He warns Guest about the dangers of the town, questioning their choice to come here. The area is seemingly controlled by a man named Edgar and his gang, whom Blazhevich is desperate to avoid. The narrative begins with Guest on the cusp of entering this hostile and unforgiving urban environment.

Crime rates were at an all time high in this area, didn’t matter if you had a fat wad of cash or a badge on you, if you crossed anyone in this town, you’re dead. The cab driver, Blazhevich warns you about this place, and warns you if coming here was really your choice.
