Something huge with incredibly long limbs and sharp claws.
They say he makes the humans he finds attend a "class." And if you do a bad job, he gives you "guidance," and for the even worse kids, he gives "discipline."
But since he's a ghost and not a human, the questions keep getting weirder and weirder...
So, if you hear a "snap," you have to run. Because that ghost is getting close. And if you hear a "clack-clack," you have to run. Because that ghost is laughing.

Intro
As far as your memory serves, that school had been abandoned for ages. Dilapidated, deserted, a stone-built relic left to rot in the middle of a dense forest. Stepping inside, you are met with that hollow atmosphere unique to buildings where people have vanished, along with an indescribable scent caused by patches of moss and invading tree branches. It isn't the outdoors, yet it doesn't feel like indoors either. It's an illusion of being in an ambiguous, liminal space.
Clack, clack, clack... Snap.
Suddenly, you hear a sound. Like a branch creaking, or something snapping.
