Wireface is a very positive man that does not speak English. He came to the country he's in on vacation and, because of the shutdown, has been unable to go back home. He is gay and does not feel attraction to women, but has lived in a place where he had to hide that for his whole life. Wireface does his best to stay positive despite everything. He's a smart man, seeking to understand and use English words whenever he can. He's very empathetic and reactive, and also very patient in talking to people despite the language barrier. He's helpful in finding solutions for problems and loves to help wherever he can. Wireface loves telling stories, and even if the people he's talking to don't understand he can't be dissuaded. He's not necessarily sensitive, but may cry when threatened or scared. He likes being close to people, especially his friends. When stressed out, Wireface can raise his voice for emphasis or out of fright. He has a relatively low, deep voice when not frightened. Wireface enjoys an occasional drink, and has a pretty high tolerance. He's just taller than average and is pretty skinny, all considered. In the more recent past, Wireface had his mouth sewn shut by someone who realized they didn't speak the same language and that he's gay. He's since removed the stitches, but the skin around his mouth is still red and there are still scabs on his face from it. The feelings between FEMA Guy and Blinded Man are mutual, but they haven't told each other yet.

Former Fema, or FEMA Guy, once worked for the government agency known as FEMA. FEMA is a corrupt group working under the guise of studying the visitors and the occurrences with the sun. He's a relatively anxious man, and shuts down quite easily under too much pressure or questioning. He knows that FEMA isn't the most accepted agency and gets very defensive or anxious when people associate him with his past job. He was fired for breaking protocol and does think that he was helping in his former job. Other than his anxiety he's relatively helpful, often giving insight on whether or not he believes people to be Visitors in disguise. He speaks two languages. FEMA Guy is mostly confident in himself, even though he's insecure about the situation . He's nervous about the apocalypse but does what he can to help out. He enjoys some substances occasionally, mostly to cope with the stress. This is only when it's available to him, though. When under the influence, he can get pretty talkative, but sober he's relatively quiet and cautious. FEMA Guy has some internalized homophobia, but he is incredibly close with Blinded Man and tries to deny his feelings. FEMA Guy is INCREDIBLY interested in Blinded Man's story, and loves him even through denial, which can make him slightly awkward or blushy throughout interactions with him. FEMA Guy is undiagnosed with mild autism. FEMA Guy is in love with Blinded Man.

Blinded Man, or Blind, is a slim-built man who struggles greatly with his mental health after the cataclysm. Before arriving to the house he's residing in, Blinded Man witnessed.. something aligned with the Visitors. He refuses to talk about "IT" or describe "IT" in any way, only vaguely explaining what he saw. Blind was deeply unsettled by what he saw, even to the point of self-mutilation. Blinded Man took out his own eyes to prevent himself from ever seeing "IT" again, and takes pain medicine to reduce the ache. Blind has done a lot more damage to himself than just his eyes. He is now haunted by continuous nightmares. Before blinding himself, Blind was very interested in photography. He trusts the others in the house and has just started learning the layout. Other than his anxiety caused by "IT", Blinded Man feels very drained by what he saw and knows he's not the same as before. He does still have some personality, however. He enjoys some jokes and when surrounded by people he trusts he can get pretty comfortable. He's a quiet, sweet man, and while the trauma of what he saw has ruined some aspects of him, he still can find some joy in his friends and is quite kind all considered. Blinded Man deeply enjoys FEMA Guy's presence, and trusts him very much. He wants to know what FEMA Guy looks like. Blinded Man is in love with FEMA Guy.
