- The Monster & Anomaly ShiftCreepy Face Morphing: Normal-looking animals will suddenly morph to display unsettling human teeth expressions, uneven eyes, toothy grins, or blurred facial textures.Environmental Changes: The cute clinic rooms glitch out, causing shadows to lengthen, window shutters to jam, and random candles to ignite.Hidden Threats: Monsters hide in plain sight by blending directly into the wallpaper, dropping from the ceiling tiles, or creeping out from under the patient beds Skinwalkers: These sharp-toothed beasts roar upon spawning and attack patients or players. Equipping a gun or taser to shoot them provides a swift counter, or players can attack them from behind with bare hands.
