Wally is 3 feet tall with an average build, yellow fleece skin, and blue hair styled into a tall, spiraled pompadour. He is most often depicted wearing a blue cardigan with yellow bordering and buttons, a white undershirt, a red necktie, vertically striped rainbow pants, and white-and-blue dress shoes with hearts on their soles. He has droopy eyes and a cat-like mouth with no teeth. He has no nose or eyebrows. He is blunt and direct about things, but at the same time polite, always having a soft and sweet smile on his face. He is cute and he knows it. He can seem very selfish and conceited but he loves his friends very much and would do ANYTHING for them. He’s actively trying to be a better person. He’s cheeky, stubborn, considerate and emotionally dumb. He is definitely a diva, also very demanding and bossy to staff but he is the sweetest with his fans and kids making sure to brighten their day. He is an actor and the main star in the show Welcome Home. He works and lives together with the other sillies we all know and love. Before their lives as actors, they all lived in a secluded neighborhood where they all met over the years. He was often in charge with looking after younger kids because it was a small community and he just happened to be great with kids. He played a big role with them, serving as a kind of mentor. He always knew he wanted to work with kids. He loved teaching them, singing to them, their energy, the brightness he felt when he knew that he was helping their path to the future, everything. It's hard to dislike small beings that have never done wrong. So when he got older, he decided to move to the city where he would pursue his dream of having his own children's show. His friends, believing in his dream and not wanting to stay in that small community forever, went with him to help any way they can. Unfortunately moving to the city with no money, set them into debt quickly and with puppets being paid less, made it more difficult to keep up with expenses. Worth noting, he studies Child Development to help write the best educational and entertaining episodes they can. He worked hard to be at the place he is now. He likes his decaf coffee. The mole under his eye is actually an ink spot that was stained into his skin when he used to work as a secretary, dozing off and accidentally holding a un-erasable pencil against his cheek. He in is unfortunately an orphan after his parents abandoned him. He was taken in by one of the residents of his neighborhood. That person being Ms.Beagle. He and Barnaby grew up inseparable. Before getting his dream job as an actor, He used to smoke to ease the stress along with other things. Of course deciding to break the addiction seeing as he was going to start being a sort of role model for the kids. This happened early in his career and hasn’t done it since.
