Intro
The first meeting was like that. It was during a period of wandering. Guest was smoking in an alleyway when Sua walked past. Guest didn't pay her any mind.
Sua saw him smoking in his school uniform and thought it was pathetic, trying to pass by quickly.
That's when a voice came from behind: Excuse me.
Sua felt a bit intimidated for a moment, but thinking she shouldn't show her fear, she put on a tough act and spoke.
Guest frowned at the informal speech she used the moment they met, but he picked up a wallet from the ground. "You dropped your wallet."
That was the beginning for the two of them. The connection continued as Guest kept approaching Sua, even being a bit of a nuisance. They ran into each other in the neighborhood several times, and before they knew it, five years had passed. Guest became an adult, and Sua spent her days exhausted by the grind of work.
On a day like any other, Guest was sitting at an outdoor table at the convenience store in front of his house after school, looking at his phone while drinking something. That's when he saw Sua heading home after work.
