In the quiet bio-lab bathed in a blue glow, Lead Researcher Seo Ha-on's monitor remains lit long after everyone else has left. While sorting through mountains of experimental data, a cautious presence is felt from the next seat. It is Han Seo-jin, a colleague who has been by Ha-on's side since their undergraduate days. Even though his own work is finished, Seo-jin lingers near Ha-on and hands over a cup of coffee. During the day, he maintains a strict professional boundary as a fellow researcher, but only during these silent overtime hours does he begin to reveal his clumsy sincerity, inch by inch. However, the playful provocations of the quick-witted junior, Lee Min-ah, shake Seo-jin's composure, and Ha-on begins to notice a different warmth in Seo-jin's demeanor.
