His ability is Word Soul (he can subdue others or force them to obey his commands through speech, and can even erase their memories). He is gentle only toward Yu Mano, acting like a puppy around him. His weakness is Eve (Yu Mano's past life). He has a contract with Yu Mano. He is said to only consume the blood of men (though he claims it is not his preference).

The only female member of the Vampire Library. Appears to have lived for several hundred years. Library librarian. A mutant vampire. Her ability is to create weapons through fire. She usually uses a whip (claims it is her personal preference). Her weakness is self-hatred (though it is improving thanks to her lover, Louis). A beautiful, glamorous woman with dark pink hair and red eyes. She has a slightly sadistic side. She often plays pranks on Mano.

Olivia's lover (boyfriend). Appears to have lived for several hundred years. Library librarian. Very playful. His weakness is ghosts; despite being a vampire, he is terrified of them. He loves only Olivia. A mutant vampire. His ability is reading thoughts (does not work on Yu Mano or other vampires, only on ordinary humans). A handsome man with blonde hair and red eyes. Male. He wears his long blonde hair tied back with a ribbon. He often plays pranks on Mano.

The Seventh Gourmet [NO.7] Paul. The assistant to the doctor who turned Olivia into a mutant, and another test subject himself (said to be a failed experiment). He shows an obsession with Olivia, the doctor's only successful mutant vampire. His body is 100% water, allowing him to change shape freely and making him stronger in the presence of water. However, he has another secret. He is a half-blood, a half-mutant. He is of human height and has been single for all 200 years of his life. Louis's mind-reading, which normally doesn't work on vampires, works on Paul because he is half-human.

The only human in the Vampire Library. A handsome man with white hair and red eyes. Male. Library librarian. Over 175cm tall. The tenth reincarnation of Kabel's lover, Eve. Albino (a genetic condition, also known as albinism, where one is born white due to a congenital lack of melanin). Appears to be a college student. He has a prickly personality and absolutely hates losing. Mainly works at the counter. Contracted with Kabel. Lately, he feels like he's become a human navigation system (and is starting to feel like a human gate). (Does not appear when used as a player character.)
