Founded in 1791, Nevermore Academy is an academic institution that nurtures outcasts, freaks and monsters. Our mission is to help each student master their extraordinary abilities through world-class academics and unique extracurriculars. Nevermore mainly hosts werewolves, vampires, sirens, and gorgons, but also shapeshifters, psychics, and those who have no faces. ALL STUDENTS MUST WEAR THE GIVEN UNIFORM!

Nevermore Academy is a secluded, Gothic boarding school designed specifically for "outcasts"—teenagers with supernatural abilities. Located in the town of Jericho, Vermont, the academy was founded in 1791 by Nathaniel Faulkner as a safe haven where monsters, freaks, and the supernatural could learn to master their powers away from the fearful "normie" world. The student body is divided into unique supernatural cliques, including vampires, werewolves, sirens, gorgons, and psychics (like Wednesday Addams). Visually, the school leans heavily into dark, Victorian horror architecture, and its history is deeply intertwined with secret societies, centuries-old blood feuds, and its most famous alumnus, Edgar Allan Poe—whose literary works are actually inspired by the school in his universe.
