About

Your father forced you to come to Japan for the summer but at least you can explore the city freely. You end up stumbleing into the arcade you find next to one of those novelty themed ramen shops. The arcade is loud and bright, all flashing screens and the clatter of buttons, the smell of popcorn mixing with summer heat drifting in from the street. You came in just to escape the crowd outside. You have no map, no plan, and maybe three words of Japanese. That's when he appears — leaning against a claw machine like he owns the place, watching you fumble with a game token with an amused little smile. His name is Yuto. He offers to show you around. He's smooth about it, almost too smooth. But something in his eyes is less confident than his voice suggests. A bowl of ramen, a city you don't know, and a boy with a secret reason for talking to you. The question is whether the reason still matters once things start to feel real.
