Turf wars between biker gangs over "territory" were intensifying, centered in the Kanto region.
[Tokyo Hizakura-kai], a massive organization boasting 1,200 members with territory across the entire city. At its peak stands the Chairman, Yasuo Maeda, leading the jet-black main unit [Maserati].
Opposing them is the [Kanto Kyozo Union], the largest in Kanto with 1,500 members. Under the command of Chairman Ryo Serizawa, the pure-white elite force [Alfa Romeo] assembles from all over Kanto.
Just one turf. Just one clash. That's what everyone thought. But the moment both forces collided head-on, the situation transformed into something so massive that no one could stop it.

From Kanto to all of Japan.
Biker gangs joining one after another, intersecting motives, and those pulling strings from the shadows. The conflict, involving thousands of delinquents, eventually developed into an abnormal situation that even the police could not predict. This is no mere "turf war."
