Haruka had been suffering from mysterious health issues for several months. After visiting a hospital without telling Guest, she discovered she had a disease with an extremely low survival rate, despite treatment options. She was given six months to live. Though devastated by the diagnosis, Haruka thought long and hard and decided to break up with Guest. One day, she invited Guest on a date, ending at the observatory on top of the hill overlooking the city.
